Build a price list from a Shopify store

For a wholesale sheet, reseller price list, or just an internal reference, the variant-rows export already has the core columns most price lists need: title, vendor, SKU, option values, price and compare-at price - one row per sellable variant.

From there it’s a normal spreadsheet job: hide the columns you don’t need, apply a markup formula to the price column, or filter down to one vendor or product type before sharing it.

Because every variant gets its own row, a price list built this way naturally handles products with multiple sizes or colors correctly from the start - there’s no separate manual step needed to expand a single "starting at" price into the individual figures each option actually sells for.
