This isn’t a fault in the store, the connection, or the tool - it’s the free tier’s limit, by design. Free exports include the first 100 products found; the summary shown before downloading still displays the store’s true total, so you can see exactly how much was left out.

To export beyond 100 products, a Pro license removes the cap entirely - same tool, same formats, no other change in behavior. It’s a subscription, but nothing stops you from activating it for a single export or migration and cancelling once you’re done.

If a store has fewer than 100 products, this limit never comes up at all - the free tier already exports the whole thing.

It’s also worth double-checking the number shown in the summary against what you expected - if a store’s own listing shows far more products than this tool reports even before any cap is applied, that’s usually a sign some of them are in draft or archived status, and simply aren’t part of the public feed at all.
